
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups of Raspberries or Your Fruit of Choice (Organic if You Can)
1 - 2 Tablespoons of Organic Balsamic Vinegar
1 - 2 Teaspoons of Organic Maple Syrup (optional)
1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 1/2 Cup of Organic Olive Oil
1/8 Teaspoon (1 - 2 Shakes) of Organic Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon (1 - 2 Shakes) of Organic Black Pepper or White Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon (1 - 2 Shakes) of Organic Thyme

1 Blender
Add raspberries (or oranges or whatever fruit you think will make a good salad dressing), olive oil and vinegar to the blender. Add all of the other ingredients. Blend until smooth and pourable. Use a tablespoon or a ladle to add to your salad as needed to taste. Store in a glass or #5 plastic container in the fridge and continue to enjoy until it's time to make more.
