Green Mojitolikeness Shake

Hello All,

I totally made up the name mojitolikeness, but hey, it's my Blog, so I can make up whatever words I want.:D  Here's the recipe...

2 Handfuls (cups) of Fresh Raw Organic Spinach
2 Small Limes (peeled)
1 Whole Avocado Peeled and Pitted
1/1 English Cucumber (the one wrapped in plastic)
1 Scoop of wheatgrass powder (or any other grass, no spirulina)
1/4 cup of DeSouza's liquid chlorophyll
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
12 - 16 Ice Cubes (more or less depends on texture desired)
1 - 3 Tablespoons of Just Like Sugar (chicory root powder) or stevia (Truvia)
1 Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

Add all ingredients to Vitamix, add ice last, push ingredients into blades with the tamper and blend until smooth.  Enjoy right away to avoid separation/oxidation. Optional: Garnish with fresh lime wedge and mint leaves.

Simple, Healthy Great-Tasting Vegetarian Stir-Fry

2 Tablespoons of Grapeseed Oil or Coconut Oil
8 Cloves of Sliced/Chopped Garlic
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1 Cup Chopped Carrots
2 Cups Chopped Broccoli
1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Cup Raw Almonds - very alkalizing (helps take acid/toxins out of the body), high in Vitamin E
Juice of 1 Fresh lemon - natural blood thinner, add to water and green drinks, lots of Vitamin C, low in sugar
1/2 cup of fresh peas from the pod
Szechwan Seasoning to Taste
Ground Red Pepper Seasoning to Taste
Himalayan Pink Primordial Salt to Taste (no soy sauce because soy sauce is cured with mold)

In a stainless steel or ceramic hot pan or Wok add Grapeseed Oil on Low to Medium heat.  Add all ingredients in order. Cook until broccoli softens, but remains bright green in color.  Serve over 1 cup of quinoa or brown rice and enjoy!  To save time, frozen veggies can be used instead, but fresh is best.

I'm Back! Sweet Almond Green Shake!

Hello All,

I'm back with another great recipe for optimal health.  Remember, the worst things you can eat are sugar, wheat, dairy and most grains and starchy carbohydrates, but greens of all kinds are THE BEST!

Sweet Almond Green Shake

1/2 cup liquid chlorophyll (glycerin free)
1/4 cup RAW ORGANIC almond butter
1 Tablespoon Organic Palm Sugar (coconut sugar) OR Truvia OR Just Like Sugar for Diabetics/People with Cancer or Chronic Illness
Meat of 1 young Thai Coconut
4 cups green juice (juice of cucumber, celery and spinach)
1 cup almond milk
4 cups raw spinach
1 avocado pitted and peeled
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
10 Ice Cubes (add more ice cubes if you want a thicker shake)

Why are you drinking this?
-optimal health starts with healthy pH and healthy blood
-this is an alkalizing shake, takes acid out of the body and raises your body's pH to alkaline, disease cannot survive in an alkaline environment
-blood rebuilds fast with liquid chlorophyll supplementation
-almond butter makes shake more palatable, adds sweetness, has calcium, magnesium, protein, almonds good for the hard white parts of our body (bones and teeth)
-coconut meat has healthy fat, phosphorus and calcium for the hard white parts of our body (bones and teeth)
-avocado has lots of potassium
-Lots of healthy fats (almond, avocado, coconut)
